We are writing to inform you of an incident that occurred this morning involving one of our school district buses.
This morning, a Brush School District bus was involved in an accident on Mill Street. We want to immediately reassure you with the following important facts:
● NO students were on board the bus at the time of the accident
● There were NO injuries to the bus driver or anyone else involved
The safety of our students, staff, and community is our highest priority. We are grateful that no one was injured in this incident. All district bus routes will continue to operate normally.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the district office at 970-842-5176.

Kids At Their Best after school program for the spring semester starts January, 12th 2026. Are you looking for a free enriching space for your child after school? Kids At Their Best provides: science experiments, robotics and engineering challenges, team games and competitions, creativity, and innovation. The program will be located at Beaver Valley Elementary school in Brush. The days and times are: Tuesday from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m., Wednesday from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m., Thursday from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 11:00 - 3:00 p.m. Please use the provided QR code to register.
