Our Beetdigger family is heartbroken by the loss of a dear friend, Marci Sanders. Over her career, Marci taught children from preschool through junior high before serving as an elementary school counselor here in Brush until her retirement.
Marci made a lasting impact on our students, our staff, and our whole community. Her legacy lives on in every student who knew someone believed in them, and in every family who knew their children were truly cared for.
We hold her loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.

📌 This is a purchased service / independent contractor position — NOT a district employee position. It's grant-funded and offers flexible hours.

🕒 Hours: Approximately 4–7 hours/week (varies by time of year)
📍 Location: Brush School District RE-2(J) — buildings/district as needed

What You'll Do:
Welcome and connect families to school staff and resources
Help with registration/enrollment
Recruit and coordinate parent volunteers
Support outreach around parent-teacher conferences
Conduct home visits and build family relationships

Support participation in school events and committees (SAC/DAAC)
What We're Looking For:
Experience with families, kids, or community outreach (preferred)
Strong communication skills — bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
