Congratulations and thank you to all who voted. We will be the 9NEWS Preps NBC "Game of the Week" this Friday, October 3, 2025 vs Arvada at 7PM.
They will be live with the Football Team at 4:45PM and at 5:20PM with the Beet Pile (Beetdigger Student Section - National Student Section of the Week!). They will then be around the whole game and show highlights from the game and their trip to Brush on the 10:00PM show and the Saturday Morning Prep Rally. We are looking forward to showing everyone in Colorado what it means to be a Beetdigger!
We are asking that all Students that plan to be a part of the Student Section and the live shot at 5:20PM, please arrive in the stadium NO LATER THAN 5:05PM - please enter through the PASS GATE with your Student ID. We will allow everyone to leave and come back after the live shot if you would like or you are more than welcome to stay and get your seat for the game and cheer on the Beetdiggers to victory. We need everyone to show up tomorrow night and be loud and be proud - you all made this happen and the team can't do it without you!
Thanks! HAPPY HOMECOMING!
Dear Students and Families,
I am writing to provide you with important information regarding tomorrow's (9/30) return to classes following last night's incident.
First and most importantly, our school building and grounds are completely safe. I want to thank the Brush Police Department and Brush Volunteer Fire Department for their swift and professional response last night, which allowed us to quickly ensure the safety and security of our facility.
Classes will resume tomorrow as scheduled. Our staff is prepared to address any questions or concerns students may have, and we encourage open communication. If you or your student have specific questions we do ask that you direct them to Brush PD or the BSD District Office. We understand some students may have questions or concerns, and our staff is available for support.
Our focus this week is on providing a positive, normal experience for our students while ensuring everyone feels safe and supported. We believe our homecoming celebrations will be a wonderful way to bring our school community together. We are looking forward to a week filled with rich Beetdigger traditions and school and community spirit.
Moving forward with our scheduled activities, we will be making one adjustment to our homecoming events. The pep rally originally scheduled for today has been moved to Wednesday to better coordinate with athletic schedules. All other homecoming dress-up days and events will proceed as planned.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly at bradley.bass@brushschools.org. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our school community.
Respectfully,
Bradley Bass
Principal

If you would like to order pictures, please have your student pick up a picture form from the office. Thank you.
-Doors open at 7:25 am and the bell rings at 7:45 am.
-Please check your schedules on Alma prior to the start of school on 8/11. Schedules may have changed since Registration and Open House. High School students should request a schedule change through the published schedule change form beginning 8/12.
-Please make sure your student has completed their registration prior to 8/11. Students who have not completed their registration will not be permitted to attend classes.
-Please drive safely when entering campus. Speed limits are 10 mph for all of campus. We have several drop off locations.
-Parents may enter the west Mill St. entrance (by the marquee sign) and drop students off in the front loop. Please pull forward to the car in front of you prior to stopping in the loop (even if this takes you past the front doors). Once you have dropped your student off in the loop, you may use the left lane to exit the traffic loop.
-Students can also be dropped behind the building on the southwest side and enter from the courtyard area. We recommend using the Hospital Road entrance if you are dropping off at this location.
-The final drop off zone is on the southeast side of the building in the BHS Student Parking Lot. You may enter the parking lot from the east Mill St. entrance (by Ace) or on Centre Ave. Please follow all painted lines and traffic flow when you are in the parking lot.
I hope you have enjoyed your summer break. The staff at Brush Secondary Campus are looking forward to kicking off the 2025-2026 school year with you. We hope that you are excited to return to the building and help us make this school year a great and positive experience for everyone.

Open House
The back to school open house at Brush Secondary Campus will be on August 6th from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. All students 6-12 are highly encouraged to attend with their families. Students will be allowed to place items in their lockers, meet their teachers, and connect with community resources.
A reminder that BSC does NOT provide locks for lockers. Students are encouraged to bring their own lock for their lockers.
Freshman and New Student Orientation
Brush High School will have orientation for all new students and freshmen on Friday, August 8th. Orientation will begin at 8:00 am and go until 1:30 pm. Lunch will be provided for students. Students can enter in the front doors off of Mill St. or the cafeteria doors.
Schedules
Student schedules have been published on Alma. Please note schedules are subject to change prior to the first day of classes. All students should wait until the first day of classes and follow the schedule change process to request a change.
Websites
The Brush Middle School and Brush High School webpages have been combined into a single Brush Secondary Campus page. We will still be able to alert MS and HS groups independently of the other. This change will hopefully cut down on duplicate alerts and notifications. Additionally, we will have a single BSC Athletics standalone webpage. This should improve and streamline athletics communication.
Athletic Parent Meeting
The athletic parent meeting will be August 7th at 6:00 pm in the BSC Auditorium.
I am excited to have all students back in the building to get the 2025-2026 school year at BSC off to a great start. Please reach out to the office with any questions. It means more to be a Beetdigger.
Respectfully,
Bradley Bass
BSC Principal
